Articles

It is twenty five years since I bought my first Mkviii KTT and started writing a website dedicated to them.

Velocettes were my passion, they remain so and I still enjoy riding as much as I ever did but my focus has changed as I’ve got older. Lightweight and easy to manage bikes have replaced sports machines.

The Mki and Mkii OHC Velocettes have new stablemates, pre-war Moto Guzzi singles and a Matchless G3 that are a pleasure to ride even if their performance is nothing to write home about.

Moving the old website onto a new platform has provided an opportunity to add some articles that I hope will be of some interest.
